This 6,000 sq m former DWI property has been transformed into a building which houses a number of work units. The building was completely stripped and internally reconstructed.

The inner patio is covered by a glass roof. The entrance to the building is accessed from Herengracht. Below the ground, an ingenious automated parking system was installed, fitting 40 cars. City Spaces currently act as letting agents for several spaces in the building.
