Heren2 are a multi-disciplinary property company, consisting of a team of young, experienced property experts. Having their main activity in the field of (re)developing and renovating property, Heren2 are also actively involved in property management. This wide range of specialities allows Heren2 to add value to almost every aspect of feasibility studies, construction and/or housing projects as well as managing properties and portfolios. Whether it comes to construction, legal or commercial expertise.
In addition, Heren2 have broad knowledge and experience when it comes to complex redevelopment schemes, land development schemes and renovating monuments. Examples include the development of 120,000 sq m of creative industry in the Houthavens and the redevelopment of the former DWI premises on Herengracht (6,000 sq m of business space, hospitality industry, meeting rooms and an underground car park).
