Heren2 also acts as a delegated client. This process starts with a feasibility analysis, in which we include a variety of (re)development scenarios, analysed for their technical, legal and financial feasibility. This is followed up by a performance agreement to guarantee the realisation of the project.
Within this framework Heren2 handles negotiations with government authorities, (potential) tenants, consultants and contractors. The eventual financial end result for the client is the starting point for the agreement between the client and Heren2.
