Heren2 was involved as a technical partner and advised the client in both the acquisition in late 2015, and the large-scale renovation of the commercial plinth and common areas from 2016 to 2019.
The renovation included upgrading the general areas (approx. 4,000 m2) as well as preparing the commercial spaces (approx. 18,500 m2) on the ground floor to 2nd floor. A key component was to modify the elevator and stairway connections between the 3 floors and create a logical routing through the building and between the various building sections.
