A commercial project is currently being developed in downtown Curaçao in which Heren2 is participating on a risk basis. The Wharf is a multifunctional complex where 35 luxury apartments, a pool deck, a fitness room, 1,000m2 commercial functions, 38 indoor parking spaces and a ‘public’ area with terraces and 20 parking spaces are being developed.
